Modular office furniture
From our base in Bhandup West we plan, supply and install modular office furniture for offices across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, and on projects across India. We do it as part of a full fit-out or as a furniture package on its own: workstations and benching, manager and director cabins, storage, boardroom, training and reception furniture, and ergonomic seating. Our catalogue is a starting point: we also make furniture to order in your sizes, finishes and designs. Every piece is laid out on your floor plan, matched to the power and data points, and installed, levelled and wired by the same team that runs the site.

What you get
Laid out on your floor plan
We work out the seat count, desk sizes, walkways and storage on your actual floor plan, and you approve a furniture layout and schedule before anything is ordered. In Mumbai, where rent is charged on every square foot, that planning is where the savings are.
Board and hardware that last
Pre-laminated board at 0.6–0.7 g/cm³ with a sealed 3 mm PVC edge that keeps out monsoon damp, soft-close full-extension drawers and levelling glides for uneven floors. The board is low in formaldehyde, for cleaner air in closed cabins.
Power and data at every desk
Cable trays, electrical kits with Indian 6/16 A sockets and power-data modules, coordinated with the floor boxes and raceways, so every desk works on the first day.
Seating for long days
Task chairs with synchro-tilt, seat-depth and lumbar adjustment, in breathable mesh for humid months, tested to BIFMA X5.4 and covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
Grows and moves with you
Benching comes apart and goes back together when teams grow, shrink or move floors, with add-on units that share legs to extend a row.

Furniture arrives and goes in alongside the flooring, ceilings and electrical, fitted around your building’s working hours and goods-lift slots, with one person to call.

What is modular office furniture?
Furniture made from standard, factory-finished components (worksurfaces, legs, beams, screens, storage and wire management) that fit together into workstations, desks and storage. Because the parts are standard, it is quicker to supply and consistent in quality, and it can be reconfigured or moved when your teams change, unlike furniture built on site.
Should we choose modular furniture or carpenter-made joinery?
Most offices use both. Modular systems suit workstations, desks, storage and seating, where speed, consistency and reconfiguration matter. Site-made joinery suits reception backdrops, feature walls, pantries and anything built to an unusual size. We plan both together on the same layout.
What sizes do your workstations come in?
Cadence workstations come with tops 24, 30 or 36 inches deep (about 610, 760 or 915 mm) and 48 to 72 inches wide (about 1220 to 1830 mm), as single seats or back-to-back pairs, with add-on units to extend a row. Returns from 42 to 72 inches (1065 to 1830 mm) turn a seat into an L-shaped desk. The planner shows every size in inches and millimetres.
Which finishes are in stock?
Six laminates (Blanc de Gris, Espresso, Blanco, Grigio, Miele and Noce), three frame paints (black, grey and white) and four leathers for executive seating (black, white, grey and sand). Other laminates, veneers, paints, fabrics and leathers can be ordered, and we make furniture to order.
Can you make office furniture to our own design?
Yes. The catalogue is what we keep ready to supply, but we also make furniture to order: desks, workstations and tables to an exact size, reception counters and boardroom tables to your design, and storage built to fit. Custom pieces can share the finishes of the catalogue range, so everything matches. Send us a sketch, a reference photo or a drawing and we will quote for it.
Can we order furniture without a full fit-out?
Yes. We supply and install furniture as a package on its own, for a new office or to add to an existing one, anywhere in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai and on sites across India. Send us your floor plan, or lay the furniture out in our planner, and we will prepare a layout and a quotation.
Who connects the electrical kits at the workstations?
Our electrical team. Workstation kits are pre-wired with jumpers between stations, and the hard-wire power entry is connected by a licensed electrician to IS 732, as part of the fit-out's electrical works.
How long does office furniture take to deliver and install in Mumbai?
We confirm a delivery date with the quotation. Installation is planned around your building’s working hours and goods-lift slots, which most Mumbai towers set, and on a fit-out it runs in step with the flooring and electrical.
