Payments
Paid in three stages
Before work starts.
Fifteen days after work begins.
Seven days after completion.
This is how payments are usually staged. The schedule for your project is confirmed in your contract.

Working around your team
Many fit-outs happen in buildings that are already in use. Our ISO 45001 system governs how we manage risk on site to protect your employees, our contractors and visitors, and the hygiene we keep while work goes on around them.
We plan the order of work with you, so the business keeps running while the space changes.
