Office interiors in Hyderabad
We have delivered projects in Hyderabad, one of India’s largest office markets, where global capability centres account for much of the leasing. Most new offices are in the western IT corridor: HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, the Financial District and Kokapet.

Fit-outs in Hyderabad
Hyderabad’s offices are concentrated in Cyberabad, the western IT district around HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda (the Financial District) and the newer Kokapet area. Large technology and global capability centre campuses sit beside Grade A towers, and many floors are leased as bare shells.
Fit-outs here commonly combine large workstation floors with training rooms, cafeterias and secure areas for technology teams, often for global capability centres taking whole floors.

HITEC City, Madhapur and Raidurg
The original IT hub of Cyberabad, around Cyber Towers and the Mindspace business park, extending south to the newer Grade A towers of Knowledge City in Raidurg.
Gachibowli
Large campuses and towers for technology companies, close to the Outer Ring Road and the University of Hyderabad.
Financial District, Nanakramguda
Grade A towers and SEZ campuses for global firms, banks and technology companies, next to Gachibowli along the Outer Ring Road.
Kokapet
A newer business district beyond the Financial District, where several large office towers have been completed in recent years.
Begumpet and Banjara Hills
Older central business areas with established office buildings, suited to refurbishments and smaller corporate offices.

Building in Hyderabad
Heat
Summer temperatures often pass 40°C, so cooling capacity, solar gain through glazing and efficient lighting matter, along with blinds and window films.
Bursts of rain
Monsoon rain from June to October can arrive in short, intense spells that flood roads quickly, so deliveries, material storage and wet trades are planned around it.
SEZ and campus rules
Much of Cyberabad’s office space is in SEZ buildings and large campuses in Madhapur, Gachibowli and the Financial District, each with its own fit-out manual, security and contractor access procedures, which set the pace of the programme.

One contract, one team
The Designo team that designs projects in Mumbai designs yours, and one contract covers design, civil work, joinery, electrical, finishes and systems, wherever the site is.
Reviews online and on site
Briefs, layouts and 3D views are reviewed with you online, with visits to the site for the survey, at key stages of the work and at handover.

Work runs under the same ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001 safety practices on every site, with the same checks before handover.
The same warranty
Every project carries the same 10-year warranty, with maintenance after handover.

Do you take office fit-out projects in Hyderabad?
Yes. We have delivered projects in Hyderabad and take on office fit-outs in HITEC City, Gachibowli, the Financial District and across the city, under the same contract, process and 10-year warranty as in Mumbai.
Can you fit out a bare-shell floor in a Hyderabad SEZ?
Yes. We design and build from bare shell to handover, including civil work, partitions, ceilings, joinery, electrical work, networking, AV, CCTV, access control and fire alarm, coordinated with the building’s air-conditioning, and we work within the SEZ’s procedures for contractor passes and material movement.
How do you run a Hyderabad project from Mumbai?
The design team reviews briefs, layouts and 3D views with you online and visits the site for the survey, at key stages of the work and at handover. Work on site runs under the same ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001 safety practices as our Mumbai projects.
