Fit-outs in Delhi NCR
Delhi NCR’s offices are spread over several cities: established business districts in central and south Delhi, the towers of Cyber City and Golf Course Road in Gurugram, IT parks and SEZs along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, and the office and hotel cluster at Aerocity near the airport. Each building has its own management, fit-out manual and approval process.
Delhi’s climate swings between extremes. Summers are very hot, winters are cold and smoggy, and air quality is a concern for much of the year, so air-conditioning, fresh-air filtration and the detailing of windows deserve attention early in the design.

Cyber City and Golf Course Road, Gurugram
DLF Cyber City and the towers along Golf Course Road and MG Road house multinational headquarters and large corporate floors, with strict building management rules for fit-out work.
Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
Older industrial plots off NH-48 near Cyber City, many converted to offices. Refurbishments and bare-shell fit-outs are both common.
Noida
IT parks, SEZs and corporate campuses in Sector 62 and along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, home to many technology and services firms.
Aerocity
A business district beside Indira Gandhi International Airport, with hotels and Grade A office towers such as Worldmark, popular with firms that want to be close to the airport.
Connaught Place and central Delhi
The traditional business centre, with older office buildings where refurbishments must work around existing services and limited access for materials.
Nehru Place, Jasola and Saket
South Delhi district centres with mid-sized and older office buildings, used by corporate offices, IT firms and professional firms.

Building in Delhi NCR
Air quality
Winter smog makes indoor air quality a priority. Filtration on the building’s fresh-air supply, well-sealed windows and low-VOC finishes help keep the office air cleaner than the air outside.
Heat and cold
Summer temperatures can pass 45°C and winter nights can drop to around 3–5°C, so cooling loads are high, glazing, blinds and insulation at the façade matter, and some heating may be needed in winter.
Several authorities
Delhi, Gurugram and Noida have different local bodies and building rules: the MCD or NDMC and the Delhi Fire Service in Delhi, Haryana’s DTCP and the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram in Gurugram, and the Noida Authority and UP Fire and Emergency Services in Noida. SEZ floors follow their own procedures, so approvals and fire safety requirements are checked for each site.
Winter construction pauses
When air quality turns severe, the Commission for Air Quality Management can invoke the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), which halts dust-generating construction across NCR. Interior work such as carpentry, electrical and plumbing has generally been allowed to continue, while painting, polishing and varnishing may have to wait, so winter programmes should allow for pauses.

Do you take office fit-out projects in Delhi NCR?
Yes. We have delivered projects in Delhi NCR and take on office fit-outs in New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and nearby, under the same contract, process and 10-year warranty as in Mumbai.
How do you plan for Delhi’s air quality?
From the start of the design. We specify low-VOC paints, adhesives and finishes, and work with the building management and your facilities team on filtration of the fresh-air supply and the sealing of windows, which are part of the building’s own air-conditioning and façade.
Can you work in Gurugram and Noida SEZ buildings?
Yes. Besides the building’s own fit-out rules, an SEZ controls what enters and leaves the zone: materials and equipment move with the documentation the SEZ office and building management require, and contractor access is pass-controlled. We plan the programme around these procedures.
How do you run a Delhi NCR project from Mumbai?
The design team reviews briefs, layouts and 3D views with you online and visits the site for the survey, at key stages of the work and at handover. Work on site runs under the same ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001 safety practices as our Mumbai projects.
