Asked and answered

What size conference table do we need?

Allow about 600 to 750 mm of table edge per person. An 8 ft table seats 6 to 8, a 10 ft table 8 to 10 and a 12 ft table 10 to 12. Leave at least 1 metre between the table and the walls for chairs to move.

Can the boardroom table have video-conferencing built in?

Yes. We plan the table with our conference AV team: power-data modules at each place, cable routes through the legs to the floor box, and a camera and screen position that sees everyone.
