Where we work
Office interiors in BKC, Lower Parel and Worli
Office interiors and turnkey fit-outs in Mumbai’s main business districts, Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Worli, where we have designed and built several offices.

01 — Overview
Fit-outs in BKC, Lower Parel & Worli
Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Worli hold many of Mumbai’s Grade A office towers and the headquarters of banks, financial firms, consultancies and corporates. Offices here are often client-facing, so receptions, boardrooms and meeting floors are built to a high finish, with the AV, acoustics and lighting to match.
Fit-outs in these towers run under the building’s own rules: a fit-out manual, drawings approved by building management before work starts, fixed hours for noisy work and booked slots for goods lifts. We plan the programme around those rules and around any fit-out period in your lease, with design, civil work, joinery, electrical, finishes and systems under one contract.

Lower Parel
Former textile mill land redeveloped into office towers, business parks and mixed-use complexes. Large, modern floor plates suit open workplaces, and many offices add client-facing floors, boardrooms and cafeterias.
Worli
Corporate headquarters and premium offices next to Lower Parel, connected to Bandra by the Bandra–Worli Sea Link.
04 — Planning
Building in BKC, Lower Parel & Worli
Building rules
Grade A towers have fit-out manuals. Drawings, method statements, contractor details and insurance go to building management for approval, and changes to air conditioning, sprinklers and fire alarms are usually reviewed by the building’s facilities team. Our drawings and documents are prepared for these submissions.
Night and weekend work
Noisy work such as demolition, drilling and cutting is usually allowed only at night or at weekends, and goods lifts and loading bays are booked in slots. We agree these hours with building management and plan the programme around them.
Deliveries
Daytime traffic in BKC and Lower Parel is heavy, so materials arrive at night or early in the morning in booked slots, and much of the joinery is made off site and installed in shorter shifts.
Time is rent
Office rents here are among the highest in India, so every week of fit-out counts. We plan around any rent-free fit-out period in your lease and work to 45-day timelines wherever the scope allows.
05 — Questions
Asked and answered
Do you take on office projects in BKC, Lower Parel and Worli?
Yes. We have designed and built several offices in these districts, and take on fit-outs and refurbishments across South and Central Mumbai. The first consultation is free, at your site, at our office or online.
Can you work within a Grade A building’s fit-out rules?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, method statements and contractor documents building management asks for, agree working hours and lift slots before work starts, and work in occupied buildings under our ISO 45001-certified health and safety system.
Can the noisy work happen at night?
Yes. Where the building allows noisy work only at night or at weekends, we schedule demolition, drilling and cutting for those hours and do quieter work during the day.
